NutriSystem for Men, Ultra Max Plus, diet program.
I have designated Monday's as the official weighing day (the day of the week that I weigh myself). I only check my weight once a week, because checking it more often than that tends to cause extra anxiety, stress, and discouragement. And since that anxiety and stress can actually cause a negative impact on me loosing weight, I simply refrain from weighing myself so often and limit it to just once a week. However, despite having said that, I do also feel that it is important to check my weight at least once a week though, if for no other reason than to simply give myself some feedback, otherwise how will I know if this diet is actually working or not.
