Wow, my weight loss progress sure has slowed down a lot. This past week I only lost a total of one pound. So sad. I need to do better this week.
So what did I do differently this past week? Well, I relaxed a little and had one bacon cheese burger, 3 chicken strips (with gravy), 1 large fries and a coke on Wednesday, then (1/2 cup cooked) steamed rice on Saturday, and two homemade pumpkin muffins on Sunday.

Later today (shortly after lunch most likely) I plan to do some yard word: pull weeds, trim the sidewalk edges, mow the yards, sweep and leaf blow.
